• Rome was military culture Rome made their army more nimble then the Greeks
• Rome would take over places and then they would included the people in the Roman culture 
• They would make the people their allies not enemies

• he treated his people horribly 
• New form of government was Republic 
•  Republic/ Democracy, Aristocracy, and Monarchy
